Partheshwar Puja is a traditional Hindu religious ceremony in which Shivlingas are prepared from natural clay and worshipped through sacred Abhishek, Bilva Patra offerings and Shiva Mantra prayers.

The puja symbolises devotion, humility, purity and the connection between the worshipper and the element of earth.

According to Hindu religious traditions, devotees perform Partheshwar Puja with prayers for good health, family peace, harmony, spiritual strength and overall well-being.

With Dharmik Dev, devotees can request a personal Partheshwar Puja associated with Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga, with a sacred Sankalp performed in their name and Gotra according to the confirmed E-Aradhana arrangements.

🕉️ What is Partheshwar Puja?

Partheshwar Puja is a form of Lord Shiva worship involving temporary Shivlingas made from natural clay.

The term Parthiv refers to something made from earth, while Partheshwar refers to Lord Shiva worshipped through an earthen Shivling.

These clay Shivlingas are traditionally prepared specifically for the ceremony and worshipped through prayers and appropriate offerings.

After the ritual, the clay Shivlingas are respectfully returned to nature or immersed according to the priest's tradition and applicable environmental guidelines.

This ritual expresses devotion to Mahadev through simplicity, faith and traditional worship.

🔱 Difference Between Partheshwar Puja and Parthiv Shivling Puja

The underlying worship is similar because both involve Shiva worship through clay Shivlingas.

For this particular booking, the difference is the service arrangement:

Partheshwar Puja E-Aradhana: Associated with Shri Omkareshwar Jyotirlinga and an E-Aradhana programme with remote live viewing, where confirmed.

Parthiv Shivling Puja at Mamleshwar: A separate personal puja arranged near Mamleshwar Mahadev Mandir, with different location and booking arrangements.

The number of clay Shivlingas used in this E-Aradhana ceremony must be confirmed beforehand.
