Welcome to Dharmik Dev. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Dharmik Dev” refer to Dharmik Dev. Dharmik Dev operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services made available to customers through the website.

By accessing, browsing or using our website or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Replacement Policy. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. ACCESS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete and up to date.

You may be required to provide information such as your name, mobile number, email address, billing address, shipping address and payment details for processing your order.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information. Dharmik Dev will not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product images, descriptions, colours and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual product colour, appearance, size or finish may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions and manufacturing variations.

For products made from natural stones, crystals, Rudraksha or other natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, shape or appearance may occur. Such natural variations shall not necessarily be considered a product defect.

Product descriptions, prices, availability and specifications may be changed or updated by Dharmik Dev at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit the quantity available for purchase.

3. ORDERS

When you place an order on our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected product.

Dharmik Dev reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or limit any order at its discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information or other genuine operational reasons.

An order shall be considered confirmed once the order confirmation is generated by Dharmik Dev or the order is otherwise confirmed by us.

Customers are requested to carefully review their product selection, quantity, shipping address and contact details before placing an order.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed.

Promotional offers, discounts and special campaigns may have separate terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from technical errors, incorrect pricing, duplicate orders, fraudulent activity or other genuine operational issues.

Customers agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and use only payment methods that they are legally authorised to use.

5. PARTIAL PAYMENT / COD POLICY

For orders placed under the Partial Payment / COD option, the customer may be required to pay a partial amount of ₹199 at the time of placing the order.

The ₹199 partial payment is collected towards order processing, shipping, handling and related costs.

If the customer refuses to accept the parcel, does not accept the delivery, remains unavailable for delivery, or the parcel is returned to Dharmik Dev due to reasons attributable to the customer, the ₹199 partial payment will be non-refundable.

In such cases, the ₹199 amount will not be refunded or adjusted against any future order.

If the order is successfully delivered and accepted by the customer, the applicable remaining amount will be payable as per the selected payment method and order details.

This policy is subject to applicable Indian consumer protection laws.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated delivery timelines communicated to customers.

However, delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, address-related issues, operational issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment at the provided delivery address.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or other reasons attributable to the customer, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

7. RETURN POLICY

Customers may request a return subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Return Request Timeline

Any return-related complaint or request must be registered within 48 hours from the date and time of delivery of the order.

After the 48-hour period, return requests may not be accepted, except where required under applicable law.

Customers are requested to clearly mention their Order ID, registered mobile number and details of the issue.

8. RETURN CONDITIONS

For an approved return, the product must be returned in proper condition.

The following should be included wherever applicable:

  • Original product

  • Original box and packaging

  • Accessories included with the product

  • Tags, cards or other materials supplied with the product

  • Any other items received with the order

The product must be unused, undamaged and in a condition suitable for inspection.

If the product is received damaged, used, incomplete, altered or without the original packaging, Dharmik Dev reserves the right to reject the return or make an appropriate deduction from the refundable amount, subject to applicable law.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, unboxing evidence or other information to verify the complaint.

9. RETURN SHIPPING, HANDLING AND PROCESSING CHARGES

In case a return is approved, ₹300 will be deducted from the total eligible order amount as shipping, handling and return processing charges.

The remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the customer after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.

Example:

If the eligible order amount is ₹999:

₹999 – ₹300 = ₹699 refund

The ₹300 deduction covers applicable shipping, handling and return processing costs.

10. RETURN INSPECTION AND REFUND

Refunds will not be processed immediately upon receiving a return request.

The returned product must first be received by Dharmik Dev and inspected by our team.

Once the product and packaging are verified and the return is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed.

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the refund may be rejected or adjusted, subject to applicable law.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and payment gateway/banking partner.

11. REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement may be provided in eligible cases where the product is found to be defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible for replacement.

Any replacement complaint must be registered within 48 hours of delivery.

Replacement will be subject to verification and product availability.

The customer may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging details or other evidence to verify the issue.

Once the complaint is verified and approved, Dharmik Dev may arrange a replacement of the eligible product.

Replacement is not guaranteed for issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear and tear or failure to follow product care instructions.

12. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

If you receive a damaged, incorrect or materially defective product, please contact us on WhatsApp at 9826889459 within 48 hours of delivery.

Please retain the original product, box, packaging and all items received with the order until the complaint is resolved.

We may request photographs or an unboxing video to help verify the issue.

After verification, Dharmik Dev may offer an appropriate resolution, including replacement or another remedy as applicable.

13. ORDER-RELATED COMPLAINTS

All complaints related to an order, including:

  • Return

  • Replacement

  • Damaged product

  • Incorrect product

  • Missing product/item

  • Product-related issue

  • Delivery-related issue

If the customer is unable to reach us by phone, sending a WhatsApp message to the above number will be sufficient to register the complaint, subject to verification.

Customers should retain their Order ID and relevant order information while contacting us.

14. NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REPLACEMENT SITUATIONS

Returns or replacements may not be accepted in cases involving:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products intentionally altered or modified

  • Products returned without the original packaging where packaging is required

  • Products with missing components or accessories

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery by the customer

  • Requests made after the applicable 48-hour complaint period

  • Products that do not match the original order due to incorrect information supplied by the customer

This section remains subject to any rights and remedies available to customers under applicable Indian law.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the Dharmik Dev website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, text, designs, product descriptions and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Dharmik Dev unless otherwise stated.

No content from the website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Dharmik Dev.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may use third-party services, payment gateways, courier partners, technology providers and other service providers.

We are not responsible for the independent policies, services or actions of third-party websites or service providers.

Third-party websites or links accessed through our website are used at the customer's own discretion.

17. SHOPIFY

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the technology infrastructure that enables us to provide our online shopping services.

However, purchases made through our website are transactions between the customer and Dharmik Dev.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Dharmik Dev or for disputes relating to products purchased from Dharmik Dev.

18. PRIVACY

Personal information provided by customers is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed by Dharmik Dev, Shopify, payment providers, shipping partners and other service providers as reasonably necessary to process orders, payments, deliveries, customer support and related services.

19. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily submit reviews, feedback, photographs, videos, suggestions or other content to Dharmik Dev, you grant Dharmik Dev permission to use, reproduce, publish, display and distribute such content for business, promotional and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

Customers must ensure that the content submitted by them does not violate the rights of any third party or contain unlawful, misleading, abusive or offensive material.

20. WEBSITE ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, incorrect product information, pricing errors, promotional errors, availability errors or other inaccuracies.

Dharmik Dev reserves the right to correct such errors and, where appropriate, cancel or modify affected orders.

If an order is cancelled due to an error for which payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the customer.
