At Dharmik Dev, we offer authentic spiritual and energy-based products inspired by Indian traditions. Due to the sacred and personal nature of our products, we follow a strict return and replacement policy to preserve their purity, hygiene, and energetic integrity.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it enters immediate processing; therefore, cancellation requests after 1 hour cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Charges

  • No cancellation fee is charged if the order is cancelled within the 1-hour window.

  • If Dharmik Dev cancels an order due to unavoidable reasons (stock issues, logistics constraints, etc.), a full refund will be issued with no deductions.

This policy complies with applicable Indian e-commerce guidelines and ensures fairness to both parties.


Refund & Replacement Policy

We offer a 1-day replacement policy only for the following cases:

  • Damaged products

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items received

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video (MANDATORY)

    • The video must start from the sealed package

    • It must clearly show the shipping label

    • It must continue without cuts or pauses

    • The video must show the entire unboxing process until the product is fully visible

  • Clear images highlighting the issue (if applicable)

⚠️ Important:
Any unboxing video that starts after the package is opened, is edited, paused, cut, or unclear will not be accepted, and the replacement request may be rejected.


Important Notes

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size issues

  • Personal preferences

  • Perceived quality dissatisfaction not related to manufacturing defects

Products that are:

  • Used or worn

  • Washed or damaged by the customer

  • Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

will not be eligible for replacement under any circumstances.

Replacement Process

1. Raise a Request

Contact us within 1 day of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number, issue details, and mandatory unboxing video.

2. Return the Product

Send the unused product back in its original packaging.

3. Verification

Our team will inspect the returned product upon receipt.

4. Replacement Fee

A flat ₹200 fee will be charged for approved replacements, covering reverse shipping and handling costs.

5. Dispatch

After verification and payment, the replacement product will be dispatched and tracking details shared.


Complaint Acknowledgment & Resolution

  • All complaints raised via email or official support channels will be acknowledged within 48 hours.

  • We aim to resolve all grievances within 30 days, in accordance with Indian consumer protection guidelines.

Final Note

Dharmik Dev reserves the right to decline any return or replacement request that does not comply with this policy.
In rare or unforeseen circumstances, Dharmik Dev may cancel a shipment and issue a refund if applicable.
