At Dharmik Dev, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible while maintaining high standards of packaging and care. Every product is packed with attention to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All online prepaid orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day after order confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timelines

  • Non-customized products: Delivered within 5–6 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Customized products: Delivered within 5–9 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Express delivery (major cities): Delivered within 4–5 working days for prepaid orders.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we ship through reputed courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • FedEx

  • Other trusted logistics providers

If courier services are unavailable in your area, we may ship via India Post (Government Registered). Delivery timelines in such cases cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

  • For multiple-item orders, shipment weight and destination may be considered for logistics handling.

  • All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST, and Dharmik Dev is fully GST compliant.

Remote & Non-Serviceable Locations

  • Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer than usual.

  • In some cases, customers may be requested to collect the parcel from the nearest courier hub or delivery center.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, please:

We will arrange a reverse pickup and ensure a replacement is issued at no extra cost, provided the original packaging, labels, and product tags are intact.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of purchase by emailing us your name and order ID.

  • Once an order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • In most cases, orders once placed cannot be cancelled; however, you may still contact us and we will try to assist with the best possible option.

Refunds & Replacements (Shipping-Related)

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.

  • Returned products are inspected for:

    • Product condition

    • Original packaging

    • Included accessories

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or any mutually agreed method. Refund timelines depend on your bank or card issuer.

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final and non-returnable.

No refund or replacement will be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Look and feel preferences

  • Minor shade or color variations

  • Transit-related minor wear that does not affect product usability

Manufacturing Defects or Transit Damage

Replacements are provided only in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or transit damage. Customers must:

  • Share clear images and videos of:

    • The defective product

    • Shipping box and labels

  • Ensure the product is:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

    • Returned with all included items

Once received and inspected, a replacement will be issued if the claim is validated.
If no defect is found, to-and-fro courier charges will be borne by the customer.
