Defective or Damaged Product

The customer must record a clear unboxing video from start to finish without any cuts.

The video must clearly show:

The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.

If valid proof is provided, the customer will be eligible for replacement or refund.

Cases Where Refund or Replacement Will NOT Be Provided
