   The customer must record a clear unboxing video from start to finish without any cuts.
   
   
   The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product condition.

   Defective or Damaged Product
   
   
   If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition and valid unboxing video proof is provided, the customer is eligible for replacement or refund.
   
   
   

Cases Where Refund or Replacement Will NOT Be Provided

   If the customer does not have an unboxing video, no refund or replacement will be accepted.

   If the product is broken, damaged, or mishandled by the customer after delivery, no replacement or refund will be provided.

   If the damage occurs due to carelessness, improper use, water exposure, or physical impact, the policy will not apply.
